03 Subaru WRX Intro

Whats up south Eastern Minnesota! My name is Josh and I have an 03 wrx. Purchased it summer of 2011 and am totally addicted.

Car has already been through a lot but here is how it sits so far.

Engine:
Grimmspeed electronic boost controller
Grimmspeed downpipe
catless uppipe
SRS 3inch catback exhaust
Perrin turbo inlet
Stage 2 Tune with boost turned up a bit from stock

Exterior:
aftermarket headlights
picked up a wingless trunk
upper window spoiler from 06 sti
04 wrx taillights
Prodrive front lip
tinted fogs
side marker deletes
Rally Armour mudflaps
painted side skirts
Windows tinted 35% all around
currenty has carbon fiber hoodscoop but looking to get JDM STI scoop soon

Interior:
04 wrx interior
Pioneer double din headunit
singe 12inch image dynamics sub
Compustar remote start system

Suspension/Handling/rims:
Ebay springs lowered 1.5inches
Kartboy Endlinks
Cusco rear sway bar
Grimmspeed Master Cylinder brace

Rims:
For summer gold rota grids 18x9.5 +38
For winter Stock rims with general Altimax arctic tires for some fun in the snow

I may be forgetting a few things but that's about all Ive done so far. Ive got big plans for the future of this car but hesitating a bit due to the fact that she has 190,000 miles on her. If all works out though I planning on getting a bigger turbo, with supporting mods, and possibly getting tuned on e85. I will update this thread along the journey.

love the car as well i got a 03 wrx stock and it rips decently for a daily driver and cant wait to get it running again i had it overheat and warp head and bend valves and i just put a new head on it and it leaks oil bad and need to machien the head to fit the block again i have had alot of problems but it is worth it when it runs

Yeah it kind of is but still runs strong

Josh ur wrx is one of my fav import in roch things sharpe! I would of never guess that for miles!

Yeah it's one of my favorite Subarus out here too but I don't see why miles matter? Cars still quick and looks good but getting a new motor is no problem for him lol hes just waiting for this one to blow so he can do a sti swap I'm there

I was also surprised about the miles when I went to purchase the car. It was in amazing shape and I would have never guessed it. I got lucky that the 2 previous owners where a bit older and babied the car. It was completely stock when i bought it which is another reason it is still running strong. And it is an import so it will probably continue running strong well over 300,000 miles haha

If college wasn't an issue I would already have this thing torn down and built from the bottom up. But for now I am happy where its at. It is by no means an aggressive track car YET. Just a good reliable yet fun daily driver and I am okay with that.
